Delivery
Time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Items available from the Shop go out within a week. Custom designed pieces can take 2-3 weeks.
Payment Options
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account, or use your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom designed pieces, personalized orders, and sale items cannot be returned. We will only make an exception for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Regular priced items purchased from the Shop may be returned, exchanged, or cancelled per the following guidelines:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Send items back within 30 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
