Custom designed pieces, personalized orders, and sale items cannot be returned. We will only make an exception for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Regular priced items purchased from the Shop may be returned, exchanged, or cancelled per the following guidelines:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
